Richard A1.Took over 1 hour to pick up through app. 2. Truck unsafe and not roadworthy. Had to wait 99 minutes for mechanic who agreed not roadworthy. Turned truck over to towing co. Was stranded and had to have wife drive 90 minutes to pick me up . Had put $90 gas in truck and drove 26 miles No credit for gas. 3. Am being charged approx. $147.00 for truck unsafe m, not roadworthy, and unuseable. Had to cancel appintment for item to be picked up that day. 4. Inside windshield had to be cleaned to enabke seeing. Truck dirty. Very dissatisfied with UHAUL. Cannot recommend.
