The person did not know what to do and had to call someone. He did not give me any paperwork showing the date I returned the truck and then I got a receipt in my email showing they charged me $116 for an additional two days. I was skeptical from the start and did a video of the truck and the time-stamped location showing I returned the truck on Saturday, the 22nd. It was as if they did not check in until Monday the 24th and charged me the two additional days. I am still waiting for my refund. My whole experience from the beginning was not good! I was contacted two days after setting my reservation, it was changed because the 20-foot truck was not available, I was bumped up to a 26-foot truck and not charged the difference. Then, one hour before I was to pick up the 26-truck, I was contacted and told that it was not available at the location, the person who was to return it decided to keep it and that I would have to go to Tampa to get the truck. I was however given additional miles for the inconvenience. Then on the return of the 26'-truck the next day, they charged me for two additional days! I hope this experience is not the norm, but an isolated one.
