very unprofessional staff.... did not explain transaction very well at all seemed like a shady operation... they were giving my private information to someone on the phone and she was processing it? then they never checked my rental in as returned... .. which it was 2 hours later... the clerk said "all good" when I handed him the keys, but he apparently did nothing I had to chase down UHaul to have it closed out... also, a dangerous location... high crime area and always police in parking lot dealing with issues...

Erick AAttendants too lazy to check out the right truck. Took them four days to send the final receipt which they added an extra fuel fee and Cleaning fee where I cleaned and added fuel, but they still charged me. Also I called U-Haul and they made me feel as though I was not right.
RAMESH DThere was a trench behind where I parked the truck in the parking lot. My wife twisted her knee in it so please fill in the trench.
