Staff were very friendly and professional
WILLIAM DI tryed to drop off in Ocala 1011 N Pine Ave But the staff (woman) was very rude because she said that she did not have more space for parking my truck. She was not kind. Hopefully there was another staff member ( man) and he explain the situation in a kind way and suggest me another drop off place close to That place. Ira was night I was tired and the last thing that I wanted was having a rude person finish my moving to my first own home. The staff member in the Royal Food Mart was super kind and received the truck. Honestly if I found another option of moving trucks I want to try a different company. This woman in the UHaul Ocala in N Pine Ave made me a very disgusting moment.
