Used U-Haul a lot but this trip was a nightmare. Took trailer back and clerk said he didn't know how and we would have to come back. Not! Left trailer took video and photos, try to return on line, now going to have to fight charges - U-Haul should stick with their stores or at least visit these locations, they should not be allowed to represent you.

The guy pointed the uhual out in the parking lot next to the store and said Hook it up and bring it back over here so I can look at the hitch… and that’s what happened.. I did it by myself and that thing wasn’t very light.
