Unfortunately, they as a policy do not help you with hooking up. The trailer 6 x 12 was much heavier then the smaller trailers so it really takes 2 to put it on and off, when asked them to help (hooking up and unhooking) they said they usually do not help, that usually would be a extra charge, but they did anyway. Plus, really didn't know to much about the workings of the equipment, Other then that it was a so so experience. Probably better to go to a regular uhaul next time.David D.

I pulled up with the trailer. Went inside with my paperwork and didnt feel at ease. I asked if I should sign something to prove I dropped it off and he said no. My question is..if I dont sign something how do you know I even dropped it off? Anyway...I took pictures of the entire station..the traylor I dropped off and the trailer number so UHaul will know I dropped it where they told me to. On top of all that dude told me to back it up over in the grass and unhook and leave it there. First of all...I am not good at backing up...second I'm 65 years old and it was really hard for me to unhook and push the trailer were he wanted me to put it..so the best I could do was get it close pulling in..unhook and just dropped it right there. Rude..Rude..unhelpful and I mention I AM 65 YEARS OLD AND ONLY 120 POUNDS!!! Also..there were NO customers in the location but me. Again..RUDE AND INCONSIDERATEDINAH W.

very unprofessional,took 45 minutes just to rent a car trailer even after registration online ahead.they would not hook up the trailer they told me just to go out there and do it.then when I returned trailer they didn't give me anything saying it was returned.the next day a called uhaul and they said it was still showing I had the trailer!very shady uhaul location.very poor customer service would not use again.dominic D.
The store clerk was not familiar with how to switch out trucks when my first truck wouldn't crank, then made me fill the tank when I brought it back even tho the tank wasn't full when I got into the second truck I was assigned to, then uhaul put a hold on almost $150 still waiting for half to go back on my debit cardJasmine W.
The transaction with the rental place was interrupted several times by people wanting to check out at the convenience store where the rental was located. Otherwise, the process went well.Barbara B.
The clerk was trying but he must have been new plus there was a language barrier that made things difficult plus this location is a convenience store that was fairly busy. It took me over 45 minutes to pick up a trailer that I had completed the online check-in for the previous evening when I made the reservation.Jesse Z.

I have been a customer for many years. This by far was my worst experience. The employee did not know how to process the reservation, kept trying to call another employee to try to have them walk him through the process WHILE taking gas station customers. He would not let me do the self check telling me it wasn't allowed. Would not recommend this location to anyone.Gustavo B.

I was given a lot of wrong information and could have been charged extra fees if i would have listened to them. There was a mini of liquor in the truck and the cup holders very sticky. Very bad experience.Joanna R.

Computer glitches and poor internet connection led to a ONE Hour ordeal before finally receiving the key to the truck. The worker behind the counter did the best he could, however the store owner needs to take a close look as to why it took an hour to give the customer the truck key.magnuson C.
