This location was not open. Therefore, I do not know if it was clean, inviting I don’t know if the personnel were helpful and I don’t know if I would recommend it. Someone from U-Haul called and changed my drop off location. I was a little disappointed that I had to do a self check out. Figuring out how to do the self check out and taking pictures was time consuming. And I was not given a heads up that I would have to do this. Or how to do this.

Jean ACustomer service was excellent. I booked in a rush be the budget truck I had booked was totally beat up. Then I had to switch to a bigger truck. Every time I called I got an agent right away and everyone was very helpful.
Kiala KThis was the worst part of the process. The lot was not plowed. There was nobody working at this location Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday. I had to drop off the Uhaul to the left of the adjacent fence where the key drop is located. I called multiple times to confirm drop off and seek assistance and there was never any response because the business was closed for 4+ days
