A couple of things that we were able to problem solve: The app did not “continue” to give us the code for the cargo door lock. Customer service by phone helped with that. A discrepancy with mileage… I recorded 21 miles start to finish; the app calculated 29. It is difficult yo gauge how much gas to replace, not knowing miles/ gal the truck gets. Overall experience good for a local move.
Francey FJust have people fill the gas tank back up and not charge by mile, especially if picking up and dropping off at the same location, 153 dollars to go 25 miles and back is ridiculous
