I originally had my drop off closer to where I was moving to. Was told AFTER already taking it to that place that it had to go back to Oasis. So I went onto the support and was told that they called me before hand. I received NO voicemail from them. I only booked it for 35 miles. But I had to add more to take the U-Haul back to osais

PATRICIA BThe app was horrible when trying to finalize. Cell service was not good and I took every pic and then the app just froze and would not upload. Wasted a good 20 mins u til I gave up and the property offered to do it for me.
