I reserved a truck on Wednesday for pickup on Saturday morning. Truck was there but all my information had to be re-entered so apparently the u-haul representative did not correctly enter my reservation. The pickup took over 30 minutes when it should have taken 5 minutes.

JOEL Li didnt speak with anyone. just dropped off my truck and used the mobile app to return it. it's a great location - right at exit 17 and there is a wawa gas station within a 1/2 mile.
Eric FIt was closed. But provided a way to return.
