i didnt speak with anyone. just dropped off my truck and used the mobile app to return it. it's a great location - right at exit 17 and there is a wawa gas station within a 1/2 mile.
Eric FIt was closed. But provided a way to return.
MICHAEL NThe agent didn’t even get up from behind the counter. He directed me to back the trailer into a difficult spot myself and did not offer to help unhook. I had to go get him because I could not release the safety chains. I am used to the UHaul agent having me leave trailers in easy to access places and unhooking the equipment for me.
