I spent 3 hours going to 3 locations to get my rental, only to have the phone support remove something from my original contract and it took 37 minutes for the phone agent to find it and add it back. It is not worth the hassle and don’t trust the phone team as they will delete items from your contract for no reason.

LAUREN PLocation of drop off was hard to find, then hard to get help checking out with drop off. Didn't know that I had to go into Ace Hardware store - there were no signs. Put signs, arrows and contact info outside and in parking lot.
DEBORAH GCompared to other U Haul locations, this one was in the center of town and harder to navigate to with a U Haul truck. This is why I'd recommend other UHaul drop off points nearby and a little further out of town
