All good. Trailer had new tires. Having no tongue jack is a real real big pain.

Every time I've been in a bind he has always been there to help out and have a truck. Very friendly
Melissa OThis company charged me for 135 miles at $1.19 per, when I didn't even do 60 miles. When regional manager Eric H. called me, he basically call me a lier and said said the truck has been out on 100's of runs and never before had they any problems. Was not interested in the fact that theirs a 1st time for everything or that maybe something was wrong with odometer or someone messed with it ... his response was Mam, thats a federal offence ... who would do that ... but its not a crime for them to bill me more than double the estimate milage i had to provide to get the truck... I offered to take him for a ride at my expense in my car to prove to him the milage just was not a reality ... something was wrong ... of course he said he wouldn't get into a car with a stranger ... and that he wasn't allowed to take the truck either not more than 5 miles to test drive. No matter what i said, he had a chip right from the start ... I will never ever use Uhaul again and i will do what ever i can to stop others ... Was suppose to get back to me and of course he has not. BEWARE !!!

DAVID GTerrible.. I got switched from one U-Haul dealership to this one. they had no blankets for me or my TV box that I prepaid for. I then had to go on a wild goose chase for blankets. They sent me to another U-Haul location and they didn’t have blankets. Then I had to go to the main hub all in all drove around for about an hour and a half with U-Haul and a trailer to get blankets that I needed.
