sarah dIssues with the app not allowing me to pickup vehicle and needing virtual assistance. Issue with confirming a trailer for relocation that I was asked to do. Poor communications from uhaul overall.

JEAN KVery easy and smooth process. Only issue we had was the low tire light came on, but we weren’t going fast or far and mentioned it when we returned it. It was exactly what we needed for the job we had to do.
