The location was FANTASTIC, very kind and welcoming! The app and online portal were very poor. I wasn't able to use either option for pickup. I was able to get through to u haul via phone. I was hung up on once. Possibly by mistake but sadly, I didn't receive a call back to resume my check in. I had to call u haul back and start over with a different representative. After 40+ mins of calls, luckily the owner of this location saved the day. His business hours were closed up on check in, which I was made aware of prior to rental. Your website and app both need major improvements!
