The pick up location they are on vacation and no one was there at the time of pick up kind of frustrating since I had to go through the process of calling U-Haul to get authorize to take the trailer
Joel MI was completely frustrated with having validated the rental, driving 6 hours to get the trailer, only to find out U-Haul would not release the trailer due to their system not verifying the drop off address when I was verifying every last detail prior to my departure. U-haul should have discounted the rental due to their frustrating system and causing my delay.
Peter GPersonnel there was helpful and said not to worry about anything of the concerns I brought up and that they would handle everything. Even though it was after hours, they still assisted me.
