We arrived and couldn't use app. When calling store we were initially told there was a mistake and there was no tru k available for us. Called toll free number and an agent saved out day by reaching out to the mandate teaching them how to read. This delay caused us to be late returning our rental car and incurring extra fees, not to mention the stress and anxiety it caused.

My original reservation was at another location. After confirming 1 hour before pick up, I arrived and was told there was no truck for me. I was then sent to another location for a truck and despite the door stating hours of operation and the neon sign saying “open”. No one was there. When I called, they were in a town 30 minutes away and I would have to check on line. Horrible horrible experience.
Shannon AU-Haul let me book a 26’ truck 2 times and then cancelled both because there wasn’t any available like the system said. Then The 15’ that barely fit my stuff broke down as soon as we got on the road to move.
Brayden WThey tried to refuse my drop off because she didn't wanna deal with it and tried to send me to some random guy to drop off. I refused unhooked the trailer dropped it where I was supposed to per U-Haul agreement. I wouldn't recommend this location at all!
CHELSEA SWhen arrival on weekend lady spoke to me thru a doorbell ask me to return key on a mail box, i did then i realized i needed to scan a barcode/ but key was already in box. I called customer support they told me they had all of it noted that i would not get penalized.. well just got a 60.50$ invoice this morning
