Do what you say honor your policy because I was denied my reservation when I got to the location of pickup after I scheduled a reservation and it was not there they didn't compensate me give me no discount and I drove 45 minutes one way and then back 30 minutes to another one I didn't find what I was looking for that day they gave me a 10-ft box truck instead of a pickup nobody called me to let me know that the truck was unavailable and they hadn't returned it so with all that being said no I will never use I'll get you you guys again thank you very much
