The employee I dropped of the trailer to was very friendly and helpful. He heard all of our problems and took note of the damages that the employee did wheh hooking up the trailer.

Douglas MDo what you say honor your policy because I was denied my reservation when I got to the location of pickup after I scheduled a reservation and it was not there they didn't compensate me give me no discount and I drove 45 minutes one way and then back 30 minutes to another one I didn't find what I was looking for that day they gave me a 10-ft box truck instead of a pickup nobody called me to let me know that the truck was unavailable and they hadn't returned it so with all that being said no I will never use I'll get you you guys again thank you very much
