I rented a tandem axle enclosed cargo trailer. These trailers should have a crank operated jack to ease in disconnecting if necessary. It would also prevent back injury to the renters and your employees.

When reserving the truck online I had selected a location close to my apartment and my storage facility. Once it came time to pick up the truck I received an email letting me know the location of truck was somewhere else and I had to travel over 15 minutes to pick up the truck. I was not able to drop off the truck in the closest U-Haul location to me or else I would of acquired more fees. So I had to drive again another 15 minutes to drop off the vehicle. Therefore, in my final bill I ended up paying for 17 miles because of the travel to pick up and drop off the truck versus the 3 miles I would’ve spent if I had picked it up in the location I had selected online. This was the worst experience I have had with U-Haul.

I do not know who sent the text about returning to this specific location, but was very thankful they did. It was literally right around the corner from where we had unloaded. Whoever did send it, thank you. I had received two other locations from the Conroe store, but neither were this location. Our experience was great using U-Haul services and we also used the U-Haul helpers. That was awesome as well!!!??

I am extremely upset with the customer service of this location. Please refer to the contract number. I have spent like a total of 3 hours trying to figure my issue with them but they tell me that they will solve the issue but they end up never getting back to me. I rented a 9ft van on 6/13/18. I was given fuel credit of about 25$ so that I can fill up the van till 1/4 level. The level when my rental started was 1/8 level. After filling up the van till 1/4 level, I dropped off the van overnight and the morning person (Damian) marked it as 1/8 again for reasons beyond my understanding. My credit card was charged 25$ since your system believed that I did not fill up the tank as originally decided. Since then I have talked to Julie( the person who rented out the van), Damian ( who admits that he made a mistake when noting down the fuel level since I called him right away when my card was charged the extra 25$ that morning and he double checked that it was 1/4 level) and Rachel, who all say to me that they have talked their manager Jesse Serrato and he will be refunding me my money. It is day 14 today. They have not had the courtesy to call me back even once. And of course there has been no refund. It is a matter of principle now. If you do not resolve this issue soon, I am going to go to small claims court and demand damages for time lost in this useless issue that this facility has created. For the record, I have been on hold for the past 25 minutes on your customer service number but no one has picked up. I do not know what kind of a show you guys are running.



I have used U haul many times in my residence transitions and they always come through with great customer service ad reliable equipment.
