Truck was not trashed but you could tell it had not been detailed in a while . Floor board was dirty & crumbs in the truck . Also of a location does not have the truck you reserved, it would be better to let the customer know before arriving at the pick-up location & waiting 15-20 for the rep to get off the phone with traffic to tell you they don’t have the truck and you have to drive across town to pick up and a truck .

Luis LThe truck I rented did not have working heat. I drove nearly 900 miles round trip over two days. At the start of the second day I called the local U-Haul office to request a vehicle swap. I was told by the employee that she would call her manager to ask for an accommodation and she would call me back. I was not contacted again.
