I only had a few issues. The first being not the fault of the owner, my phone/app were being difficult but once it got going the process was fine. He was out of town but the remote pick up situation was easy and effective. On return I also had issues with my phone and the app so the drop off was not as smooth as it should have been, again not the owner's fault just my phone being unreliable in that moment due to my own shoddy coverage/data so by the time the check in checklist opened I had gotten frustrated and just turned the key in without the mileage and gas pictures taken/uploaded. The other issue I had was that the truck was practically fully on E when I picked it up. I assume the person before me returned it on E but the blankets and dolly I requested were in it so I assume staff could have gassed it up before I picked it up.

Jessica YTrailers need to be inspected For mechanical issues made it 2 miles from the rental place and the wheel and hub came off bearing failed
Steven AOnly issue was, we had to go buy an adapter to make sure we had lights on the trailer.. Luckily, there was a store in the same town, but it was still an inconvenience.
