Super friendly service from the person but the office was pretty rough looking. I had booked this at the Independence, IA location but the pickup changed to Oelwein two days before. They gave me extra miles to cover the difference but it still added 40 minutes round trip to the start of a very long day.

The truck was disgusting inside. Transmission issues. Doesn't want to shift and makes super loud hum when spreading up. Very unclean
