When we final got to Medina Classic they were great. However we had gone to another U-Haul location and after waiting 45 minutes they had to send us to Medina Classic to get our truck.. They gave us the wrong address and the whole ordeal took us almost 2 hours. Catrina the U-Haul manager was nice, but her information wasn't accurate. She said she would credit us $50.00 based on the failure of U-Haul to deliver on their promise.
