Just have more equipment to rent at the location
ROBERT DThe equipment should always be inspected & cleaned/repaired before the next customer uses it. I had to clean the front and back of the truck before using it. It was full of dirt & debris. Customers shouldn’t be told that their business is less important than the primary business customers. I was told to stand aside while a customer purchasing vegetables had questions. The clerk was slow to complete the task & rude.
KRISTY LThe trailer I rented was filled with broken glass and nails, I asked if they would sweep it, they said the best they would do is give me a broom to do by myself. They told me I was the one to hook it up, the place I turned it into said they should have cleaned it and hooked it up for me, all standard procedures
stuart zStraps were to short could not use and was charged over what I should have. Not happy was told if I return it I would get a discount but she did not know how to do so because they were new.
