I returned to truck with more than the gas required and was charged 3L. It was pouring rain, the employee was unavailable to assist until after everything was completed by me in the pouring rain with a river flooding the parking lot. These side dealers are never good.

Truck was supposed to be picked up at 6 am, it was not there. Had to drive to a different location to pick up a different truck wasting over 2 hours and throwing off the entire schedule that we had for the day resulting in having to purchasing a $500 airline ticket.
Ken FVisited with Jessica a couple of times on the phone. She talked with a smile and did not mind any question I had. Having been a customer service representative myself for many years I would give her a 10+ rating with 10 being Excellent.
