One gentlemen was very rude and condescending . I was given pads that were not folded . He very rudely and condescendingly told me they needed to be folded. I said no problem I will fold to avoid extra charge. So I did uhaul employees job fir them as far as I am concerned . Very very rude, very condescending .

I was not reimbursed for missing furniture pads. I was told to contact the pickup location to work it out. I was then told how every UHaul operates independently. That was not helpful. Poor overall experience. To top it off, my truck leaked and got some boxes wet.l

Revise the mobile phone check out process to not allow lower mileage to be entered than is on record. I accidentally entered a lower mileage value than was last reported. This created a problem during return because I could not see the departure mileage and the app was applying 5K miles of usage in a 2.5 hour period when it was actually 14 miles. The local attendant was able to make a correction.

Personel were not trained nor were they effective. Will NEVER rent from here and will dissuade others as well. Rented Dolly and equipment was not installed in rental so we lifted manually. The clerk seemed disinterested and nonchalant about the error, which made issues worse

I am FURIOUS about the gas situation! I’m a disabled, Sr lady on SSDI with NO EXTRA INCOME!There was a highlighted mark as to where to refill. I was shown where it shows the # of gallons to add to get the fuel back where I started. No problem with that. I drove 22 miles total. The gas gauge moved so little there were no # of gallons shown on the chart to put me back where I started. I refilled not a mile down the road. The gauge moved into the left side of the highlighted mark. The “lady” working the desk evidently thought that wasn’t good enough and charged me $15.00 for 2 GALLONS OF GAS!!!! I did EVERYTHING I was suppose to and still charged this outrageous amount for gas! I will NEVER use the NW Expwy U-haul again and will tell everyone I know not to!!! I had to rent a van a couple of days later to finish but went to ANOTHER U-haul. I told them about what happened and they told ME which store it was and which lady it was and that she had a bad reputation for doing that to customers! That’s a really poor way to treat your customers and to make extra money. Shame on U-haul and shame on your female employee being so heartless. This U-haul has forever lost, at least, one customer.

I filled the gas up to just above 3/4 of a tank and it only had to be 3/4 and then drove a mile to turn the truck in and got charged $6 for gas. When I called to ask why, she said it was just barely below 3/4 which is a lie. I checked it after the mile I drove and it was still above the line. That kind of pettiness just lost you guys a customer unless I get my $6 back, that’s total b.s.!!!! I will not use the Uhaul in OKC on NW Expressway again and would not recommend it to anyone and would suggest checking the exact, and I mean exact amount of gas and make them change it if it’s not right!!!!

We were really caught off guard when my husband was asked if he had a job and then was asked where the job was and then asked for his bosses name and number and called her right then and there to confirm my husband had a job. She told his boss that HE had asked that his boss be a reference for him. Which is not true at all. It was really embarrassing and uncomfortable and I had to walk away while the uhaul lady spoke to my husbands boss on speaker phone so the whole store could hear his bosses confusion as to why she was getting this ridiculous call. We have rented several times this year from uhaul ... a few different locations and this has NEVER happened before and I never want it to happen again. My husband was humiliated and so was I. The van was immaculate and amazing and the owner lady was nice and all but she went too far and made things feel really weird.
