The service and staff were excellent for getting me what I needed. I had called a representative earlier that evening and was told there wasn't anything available for 60 miles of me. But after visiting the website my self I found on within 30 miles of me and booked it immediately and since that the service and attention was great. Thanks again for coming through for me.

The app for online return kicked me out 3 times due to â€œloss of locationâ€. I had to go through the process of taking pictures of everything 3 different times. It was a 27 minute ordeal. So thankful we decided to bring the truck back last night. If we had that kind of trouble this morning at 8 am it would have been â€œlateâ€.
Price was a little high but everything else was great
The man working behind the counter was difficult to deal with. It started when I arrived and he obviously saw me. He continued to clean the truck and after about 5 minutes he finally came inside. Then I was asking him what I needed to do incase I had car trouble or got into an accident, who i needed to contact. His reply was that I had to have the trailer back because it was going out the next morning at 0900. With me fully understanding that it was going to be used, I asked if there was a point of contact to whom I could inform incase of an accident so they could get another trailer for the next customer. His reply was I had to get the trailer back, it wasn't an option, and he shouldn't let me rent the trailer out to me. Then proceeded to tell me I should go somewhere else. What kind of customer service is that, to not give me an answer but to tell me to go elsewhere? All I was trying to find out was a POC so the next customer wouldn't be without a trailer. Also, there were 2 other trailers at that location. Overall, customer service was non-existant and I will not go back to that location.
For someone to be in store. Attentive, and polite. Specify that you still have to go in store to pick up the keys when ordering online.
Rep started off cold(but it was cold outside) but she warmed up during the transaction!

Better communication and over charged me
The staff was very unprofessional and rude. I reserved a 10 ft truck and felt like I was forced into a 15 foot truck because they didn't want to be bothered with the 10 ft truck I had reserved. At the time of payment I was told by staff they couldn't provide an itemized break down of charges for the truck, dolly, and mileage.
My truck was due back at 11:30 am. I called early that morning and asked for a 3 hour extension since the only truck that location had was not a 1-way truck and had to be returned back to that location. They said no problem and extended me to 2:30. I believe I returned it by 2:45. Lady checking me in said no problem. Then I was charged for the entire extra day and the insurance for that day as well. It's one thing to have to pay for the return miles to OKC when I'm moving to Norman and there is a UHaul in Norman but getting charged for a whole day for 2.5 hours extra when that's the only truck you have is unacceptable and I already paid the $30 in mileage just to bring it back. This is my second complaint for my last 2 rentals in the last 60 days. Probably will not use UHaul again unless at least one of my issues is resolved. I didn't tip off fuel so that's on me for rushing back but final bill was over $380 for a 26' truck that I had from 11:30 AM Monday to 2:45 Tuesday..
To whom it may concern, I was extremely impressed with the very neat and clean uhaul store and parking area. I arrived first thing in the morning and it was still dark outside but this location was very lit up. Saleem was nice, respectful and very helpful. He even brought me the truck and parked it next to my vehicle so I could transfer all my belongings needed for the rental. I was a few minutes past my return time and he didn't charge me extra for it. I will need to move my toolbox again in the near future and I'm definitely returning to this location. I really appreciate the help Saleem provided so early in the morning. I've noticed over the last several years that customer service has gone down hill with other companies, most of which have gone fully or mostly automated. Machines cannot provide the customer service that humans can. Saleem deserves a raise! From now on when I need to rent a truck or trailer the only Uhaul store I'm going to is the NW expressway store. To improve?: Get rid of the masks. Just want to say that i was having trouble with my phone, getting the drivers license and basically everything to work on the phone. The two lady employees worked around it and were very friendly and helpful.

The representatives assisting me were very nice and professional. However, the vehicle itself was not what we expected. We have rented from UHaul in the past to help us move but this time the truck was not driving as smoothly, the steering wheel was very hard to steer, and the truck itself looked beat up. Thank you.
