Good morning, Everything was good until I returned the truck, I think you should have better signage at your place since the road is not that wide to park returning equipment. I missed the parking spot so I kept going so I can turn around then I saw a Uhaul women worker , so I thought she would come to get the keys and to start the return process so I parked the car close to office so she can see mileage , gas , etc but then she told me hatefull " You cant park there " You need to go over there and turned around shaking her head like I was doing something wrong, to be honest made me feel like an idiot. Lesson learned , I dont rent too many times but I rather driving to another location or company next time. She needs to have a class to get a better attitude and customer service/experience.
