Lady called and told me I was late, had an attitude. Stated “the computer shows red which means late!” Not sure who pissed in her. Cheerios on a Sunday morning but not pleasant

Definitely the newest and CLEANEST U-Haul truck I have ever rented. It was very nice and the staff was great. Very smooth process.

The lady that checked me out with the truck was so amazing. Very nice, informative, and all around a great person. However, when I came to return truck the next day the other lady (Shelly or Sherry) was the absolute rudest person I have met. She was mad because we parked it just like we were told the day before and she snatched the keys and walked back in the office. I pulled up in my car, parked and walked in to see what the problem was and she still had a bad attitide. I explained I did what I was asked to do and told her that I didn't put the blankets in the bag but I did told them and she got mad again. I will not come back or use this location because of her alone.

My gosh the owner/manager I think is who helped me was great. This was my second time renting a truck here and they exceeded my expectations both times. Great!

Understand the programs used and how to fully operate them. I first did not receive my wrap and was told to go to another location. I was then charged twice for the wrap due to an error at the other location. Next day I was to pick a 6x 12 and sent to another location pick up the trailer, when I arrived they did not have one and the closest was 45 mjns away. I was also quoted the incorrect price as well.

The employees were wonderful, they even had a coffee/hot chocolate bar to make while waiting. This was the first time I rented a U-Haul so I learned the cost does not include mileage and to bring your own straps.

Let Android users know they have to go to the website in order to do a 24/7 check out. The App is having issues with the Androud phone is what the customer service told us. Otherwise this was a great location and Wendi was very helpful!

I was told I couldn't use the 24/7 check in during hours that they were open, which is the complete opposite of what the app states. Employee was a little short.

I felt the service person at this location was abrasive and condescending. She was aggressive and spoke down to me. I spoke with her multiple times during the process and each time was the same. I wouldn't use this location again, it just happened to be the most convenient location.

The key dropbox was a little bit confusing, as I dropped it off onto the gravel patch out front, but the mailbox out front of that isn’t the correct dropbox, it’s the one against the wall. Other than that, no comments.

The manager was very friendly and helpful. She called the day before pick-up to confirm and ensure we knew their location and answered all questions the morning of pick-up. Everything was easy and seamless!

Our experience for the U-Haul we was not informed of what we asked for. We set a U-Haul and was not inform of no reimbursement for bringing the truck back on time. They advised us it was a fare rate but we was not informed. One of the employees advised when we drop it off we would get the difference and now being told differently.

My drop off was for 9:00 pm and I arrived about 8:20 pm. There was not anyone there to meet me so I had to unhook the 6x12 trailer myself and leave it hoping it would be there in the morning. Fortunately, I am strong enough to lift the empty trailer off the hitch and knew how to detach chains and wiring but it wouldn't have been good if a less-strong person had had to do that. This location, while convenient to me, should probably post hours where personnel will be there. Otherwise, look for another location if you don't feel comfortable with self-service.

The person who hooked the trailer to my truck put the break away chain connected to the emergency trailer brakes to tight, causing the breaks to activate on a turn and caused the trailer to slip off my hitch. Thankfully I was just down the drive of the facility. When this was brought to the attention of the person, their initial response was to ask if the trailer was damaged and attempt to blame me for the issue. There was no effort to take accountability for their mistakes. This negligence endangered myself and my vehicle. I would not recommend ANYONE have a trailer hooked up by the woman running this place.

Better trained employees. At first I dealt with the manager who was awesome and then the employee who ultimately helped me take receipt of the rental and then was there for the drop off… was.. clueless. To put it nicely. It was an extremely stressful experience due to her lack of knowledge and experience.

I am 48 years old and I can definitely say this was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever experienced. The woman working in the front office at this location should not be allowed to interact with customers. I was in disbelief that a great company like Uhaul would allow such a vial , disgusting, hateful , and disrespectful human being to be part of their team . DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!

Employee at front desk was rude and unprofessional. They were also late to opening the store by 15mins. The truck was filled with past users belongings (furniture, glass, window shades). The truck also started with a 1/4 tank of gas. Will never use this location again. The truck was also in poor shape.
