Dropped off auto transport after hours using the app. When arrived there was a sign that said equipment drop off so I left the trailer in that spot. Around 11:30pm that night I received multiple text messages from the personal at that location and they were extremely rude, unprofessional and belittling. Stating I left the trailer in the wrong location since cameras can not see it and was angry cause now they have to move it. I explained to them I left it were the sign was and was arguing with me saying the sign was really obvious on where to leave the trailer. I did not appreciate this at all!

Dropped truck off and gentleman took possession and said I would get a receipt. Receipt indicated that it was a "wrong drop-off location" and was charged $78.21. This amount and the $187.65 receipt, from Norman, matched the total $265.86 estimate (#28953870), which would/should have, included the blankets. Also, informed that drop off location that the truck had a water leak in the attic portion of the box. Had some boxes get wet from the rain on Friday night.
