I had a tight schedule and didn’t want to go overtime so hustled to my drop site. I was there before 9 am so I waited. I called the number on the building front and got someone who I assume was the manager of the place. She told me that she had kids to deal with and that I could just follow the drop instructions and leave the key. I did all that was instructed and of course got a message on the app indicating that I was overtime. Not true as it turns out. Altogether the exact opposite of the pickup scenario.
