Didn’t realize until I was home losing the trailer that it was defective and falling apart, as in the enclosure was separated from the floor and frame, I’m surprised it didn’t fall apart while towing. The lady at the rental counter was rude, dismissive, and had no desire to help me in any way. I had to walk through deep mud and huge mud holes in the yard to get to the trailer. As car would not have been able to drive through this. This is the 3rd rental from U-Haul in the last 2 weeks and a one way enclosed trailer rental for 2 days costs more than a 26’ truck with a flat deck U-Haul car trailer.

We were given the wrong closing time of this location from our pick up location. Perhaps a post a phone number to call when it is closed? The people at the location the next day were great. And so was Amy from customer service. But frustrating we were given the wrong information.

Simon CUnfortunately will NOT be using this location for anything again due to the extremely unprofessional interaction I encountered today. Huffing puffing shaking their head and making it clear the frustration. although I was told false information on the phone before entering the store and them trying to charge me more than I was told. They finally calmed down and got me sorted. Truck was awesome!! The staff not to much! I won’t mention a name. Thank!
Jack BThe attendant serving me was unfamiliar with the process for renting a vehicle. She could not find my reservation and was unable to find my address. In addition I was advised to return the vehicle with a full gas tank, so I filled the truck just before I dropped it off. I put in 25.8 litres of gas. I drove 72 km which equates to 2.88 km per litre. There is something wrong with this number. It appears that when I picked up this truck, the gas tank had NOT been filed by the previous renters and I paid for them. This rental experience was uncomfortable, And l hope I do not have to go through this again
