The attendant serving me was unfamiliar with the process for renting a vehicle. She could not find my reservation and was unable to find my address. In addition I was advised to return the vehicle with a full gas tank, so I filled the truck just before I dropped it off. I put in 25.8 litres of gas. I drove 72 km which equates to 2.88 km per litre. There is something wrong with this number. It appears that when I picked up this truck, the gas tank had NOT been filed by the previous renters and I paid for them. This rental experience was uncomfortable, And l hope I do not have to go through this again
