Find a location where you don’t have to lock the doors to get service!! Then changed my U-Haul truck because the one assigned to me was buried!! Then charge me an additional $42 for what???!!!

Charles WBiggest issue was the uhaul app. I submitted everything like drive license and payment the day before, then when I showed up to pick it up, the app wouldn't let me log in. That took 30 minutes to get the app to not glitch and log me in, then I had to do all the driver license submission over again. It was quite frustrating and delayed our schedule because of that.
