Everyone that I interacted with at the pickup location was extremely nice! I felt comforted in the process of getting the U-Haul truck and it made my day a little brighter.

TURNER TActed bothered to remove trailer from my hitch. Rolled it into the outside of fence where anyone could hook up and drive off with it, so fortunately I had taken pictures. 2 days later i received a call from a different U-Haul location saying I had a delinquent trailer and I got charged an extra day for said delinquent trailer. I was then given the phone number for the actual return location to report the charge. Had to later call customer service to refund because receiving location told me he did his part correctly and I wasn’t listening to him that there wouldn’t be charges. There was most definitely a charge that I’m currently awaiting refund for by customer service. Ridiculous!
