They overcharged me, won't check there cameras and have not gotten back to even after multiple other locations have emailed them.

Due to a power outage, the business was closed. I had to call to find the location. While I had no difficulty finding the place, no one was there. I carefully unhitched the tow dolly and likewise carefully moved it, with gloved hands, to a space out of the way yet easily visible
LAWRENCE BThis place made a huge mistake on the mileage! They put in the wrong mileage . We used a 20’ truck to move my son’s family a short distance from Lacey Wa to Shelton Wa and back. Unfortunately we didn’t take a picture of the mileage ( our fault) since we couldn’t prove the mistake they charged us $1500.00 ! Scammers! It seems like they set us up! I’m never going to rent from U-Haul again! I’m telling everyone that I know not to rent from You!
NATHAN CYou kept changing the terms and conditions and the return location, it was hard to keep up. Also. you changed the return location which was way out of our way and we were on the hook for the extra gas and time. We will tell all of our friends and family not to use UHaul.
