To the guy behind the counter, drop the deadpan delivery, it will be lost on some and they'll take it as you being smug. Other than that, I will use them again without giving it a second thought.

The equipment was well maintained; however, the trailer wasn't clean inside. It was full of sawdust and wood chips. We swept it out before we returned it. But, other than that, the equipment was fine.

Good customer service inside the store. Didn't get my email for inspection until after I left the lot. A gentleman hooked the trailer to my truck. Was explained that the wheel handle would loosen. Until I arrived to the other Uhaul lot, I was explained that the wheel handle was warn down and should have been changed. Trailer was clean on the inside.


Back to back rentals in the same 24 hr period without clearly communicating to me left me suddenly scrambling to meet a return deadline that wasn't initially specified. Bad customer relations

This was my third time renting from this location, and it has been a hassle-free experience every time.


Van had non working turn signal and filthy inside windshield. Had to wait an hour to get bulb replaced and all they did was reimburse me for my extra mileage to return and get it fixed. I asked simply for $25 for my extra time (1.5) hrs but clerk didn't know how to make it happen. Poor staff training and the van should have been checked before I rented. Will use another company next time

The people at this location did not know the cost of extra days for a trailer. Also, I had ordered packing blankets and they forgot to put them in the trailer.

The drop off location in my contract was changed without notifying me. I went to the wrong location and waited around for 30+ minutes only to learn that it was the wrong location on the wrong side of town.

Not sure where I should start but I guess at the beginning when I made my reservation I asked for a 20-foot . I ended up with a 15 foot truck. So this was already off to a bad start and the fact that it was 25 miles away from where I had originally made my reservation for. I was headed for Portland to pick up 2 storage that I had won on an auction I figured this was a one-day trip. So not only did I not get a big enough , I had to drive 25 miles out of my way to pick up the truck that was 5 feet shorter than what I originally wanted. TimeWise that sent me back even farther. By the time I picked up the truck and got back to the original storage units it was 4:30 in the afternoon thank heavens the manager of the storage unit was an angel and let me stay to unload the unit even past the time they were closed. I ended up leaving a couch a loveseat a chair and numerous other things behind because I did not have a big enough truck. I finally get it loaded and I'm ready to pull out of there at 1:30 a.m. I decided to stop at the casino in Ridgefield on the way just to rest a little and ended up locking the keys in the Uhaul. I'm thinking okay I'm paying for insurance and paying for the truck rental let's call roadside assistance. I should be back on the road in an hour or so, well that was not the case. 6 hours later I was finally back on the road again. When I called roadside assistance and they said that somebody would be there within the hour at the hour and a half mark I called them back and found out that the tow company was coming from the other side of Portland and was still 40 miles out I'm thinking I'm in Washington why would they call a tow company on the other side of Portland. I asked the lady at the roadside assistance why they didn't call somebody closer so she said she would I get a call 15-20 minutes later from a gentleman from the second towing company and he says that he sorry but they can't make this call because there is something wrong with the billing but if I wanted to pay for it myself to the tune of $342 that he could be there in 15 minutes. I was flabbergasted I did not have the money to pay him and I did not feel that it was my business to pay him. So I called roadside assistance back and ask them when they were going to send somebody I'd already been there for close to four hours and I was cold and tired I had worn shorts and a t-shirt and I had a light jacket on so literally freezing. The third tow company calls me and he says that he will be there within 45 minutes he was there right about 55 minutes and I was on my way 20 minutes later.. about another half hour of driving I decided I needed to pull over I was tired and having a hard time focusing so I pulled over and rested and then continued on a little later. I was not feeling well and it was not getting any better when your employee called and asked when I was going to have the truck back I told her I was in the process of trying to unload it that I was not feeling good and I would get it there as soon as I could she called me the next day and I had just found out I had tested positive for covid-19. The employee that called me was very rude and condescending and I just was not in any shape to deal with her or the truck. I rested for a few days. I felt better and got the truck returned as soon as I was able to drive it in there. and now I get an invoice for $262 that I owe. I'm not sure how the mileage thing works but I don't feel that I should have had to pay for any extra mileage I also don't feel that I should have to pay insurance on it for the truck was just sitting here in the driveway. I feel these charges are excessive. also this is to inform you that the card I used to pay for the initial rental was not mine. I had permission to use it for that but do not charge anything else on that card because you do not have permission to do so and neither do I. all in all I do not feel that I would refer anybody to rent a U-Haul truck at this point end I will definitely look at other Alternatives and other rental places before using your company ever again. The balance that you say owing of $262 I will have to make payments on that and I can't start that until after November 1st. Do you have any questions I can be reached at 360-660-4580. Hauling a dolly through town to get to the location is nerve ranking. Getting in and out was not a fun experience.
