manoj c | First ImpressionsThe lady that runs this location was very rude and even when I told her that all the extra days that I had been comped due to the storm and traveling across country, she told me that there’s no way that they could have been all comped for free that she just knew that I needed to pay some type of fees and that I was gonna have to pay something she should be fired and was very rude it’s people like her that will give your company a bad name. She was very helpful once she seen that I wasn’t gonna stand for her pushing me around and then I knew what I was talking about and then I could back it up prior to that I think she thought she was gonna run all over me and charge me all types of fees and extra money left a bad taste in my mouth for Uhaul

Except the competition blows uhaul out of the water, especially this particular older location(Olympia - 4th ave/Martin Way) It is cold, hard to access, bad layout, small units, and all this for $30/month more than the competitors. We should have left a year ago!
