The time frame to get the vehicle was in my opinion long. I would have preferred to supply you with my information at the time I registered for the vehicle, so that when I needed to pick up the vehicle, it was just a matter of documenting the vehicle condition through pictures. The process to pick up the vehicle took a good 10 minutes overall.

Nothing you guys did a good job
MARIO MActed like I was interrupting them for something more important. Said just leave the keys and went into the other room. Unsure when I left if they would show I had returned the truck within the time frame of the rental.
