Fast and friendly
JON HConduct housekeeping on your vehicles; the inside was absolutely disgusting. As a contracted service provider of UHaul equipment, the equipment needs to be maintained mechanically and physically, so if your primary business doesn’t allow you to give the required attention to the UHaul brand as your secondary business, you should let it go. I will not recommend you to my friends or the public.
BRYAN BYour app is horrible. It timed out while I was checking in the truck and wouldn't let me submit photos and then reset entirely. I took the truck anyway and when I tried to check it in it timed in again and then said I had an active appointment on my phone for another 4 days.
