No receipt was given, even after I requested one. Would not inspect for damages while we were there. Receipt did not arrive until the next day. I had no proof/receipt that we even dropped the truck off. She just asked for the keys and said we were done. I could have been billed for damages that we didn’t do, or been charged a cleaning fee when everything was in order.
