I tried contacting the pick up location twice; once prior to pick up to reschedule pick up time and once again after picking up the truck. Both times it went to voicemail so I left a message and never received a response. after conducting an initial walk around, it appeared everything was fine, however, when I arrived at my loading destination, the back door had come open. I think the fault is shared as it should’ve been checked to be fully closed and securedprior to me picking up and I should’ve paid more attention as I did my walk around. And lastly, the headlights on the vehicle were pointing in every direction except in front of me; the left headlight illuminated the oncoming lane and the right headlight shine brightly up in the trees on the passenger side.

Theresa SWorst UHAUL experience I've had so far. I rented at Heartland Computer and when reserving the truck, their hours showed open until 8pm. I arrived at my scheduled pick up time at 6:30pm, however the door was locked. A sign on the door said to call the number listed and someone would be there in 10 minutes. I called the number twice and even left a message, but no one showed up or to this date, has ever called me back. I opted to call the UHALL 800# who put me on hold for about 20 minutes before walking me through the after hours rental process. My move was delayed, I lost one of my helpers because of a time crunch, and was not at all planning for their office to be closed. I would've gone to 90th & Maple.
