Store was not open when I arrived. The person did not show up until 10 minutes past my reservation time. They were unable to check me out due to “system issues” in their side of the computer. So in the middle of me moving my things and driving they called and had me provide my information then by uploading pictures through a link provided through text which was very inconvenient at that time. The check in process was ridiculous and I wasn’t even checked in properly. Then when it came to checkout time she told me to just drop the keys in the drop box… well when I did I wasn’t aware that I needed to take pictures through the app before dropping the keys into the box. So I had to then call U-Haul to make sure that they got my check out time documented properly so I wouldn’t be charged for that. This experience was completely unprofessional and I will never go to that location again. It was not the location I preferred or selected when reserving my time however it was the only location available closest to me with the equipment I needed. The U-Haul itself was fine and got the job done.

Robert DIt was difficult to figure out mobile return in the app.
Jonathan HNo receipt was given, even after I requested one. Would not inspect for damages while we were there. Receipt did not arrive until the next day. I had no proof/receipt that we even dropped the truck off. She just asked for the keys and said we were done. I could have been billed for damages that we didn’t do, or been charged a cleaning fee when everything was in order.
