How would I suggest U-Haul improve for the next customer?? I would suggest selling the entire corporation to a Chinese company or some other company that can run it properly and efficiently.

The inside of the rental truck was clean. Before leaving with the rental truck, you are instructed to take pictures of the front, sides, and back of the truck and submit them. There was no place to submit photos of the inside of the back of the truck. When we opened up the back of the truck, there was broken wood and a dolly that we had rented laying on the floor. I was also disappointed to see that there was no place to secure the big dolly to the inside of the truck. They did have a place to secure the smaller dolly that we rented, to the inside of the truck. Why not have a place to secure both?

Yoslaine AThe problem was not with the location, but with the U-Haul app and support. During pickup, no code was provided to acquire the key, therefore rendering me unable to get to my destination on time as well as return on time. Luckily a staff member saw my distress from the camera and called my phone to assist. Very unhappy with the app experience.
