Send them to the correct place! I made the reservation for a location 20 minutes away. Late the night before I was moved - via text and email not even a phone call! - to a location nearly an hour away. Thankfully called them first and learned that they didn't actually HAVE this specific trailer either, no matter what U-Haul said. U-Haul dispatch was very helpful and apologetic and found one an hour away in the opposite direction. It was a horrible experience, but that is U-Haul's fault and not that of this particular location.
