The rental ended up being a little more expensive than I planned but the truck ran exceptionally well. Plus, please put the gas at FULL for all rentals. Trying to guess 1/4 of a tank was impossible and I just ended up filling up the tank and paid way to much for gas.

GERALD RSend them to the correct place! I made the reservation for a location 20 minutes away. Late the night before I was moved - via text and email not even a phone call! - to a location nearly an hour away. Thankfully called them first and learned that they didn't actually HAVE this specific trailer either, no matter what U-Haul said. U-Haul dispatch was very helpful and apologetic and found one an hour away in the opposite direction. It was a horrible experience, but that is U-Haul's fault and not that of this particular location.
Jesus MWe have rented U-hauls at Gary Thompson Auto Sales on multiple occasions and Mike is absolutely the nicest guy to deal with! He makes sure everything is taken care of and that the vehicle is clean and ready to go. We will not deal with anyone when renting from U-haul. Thanks again Mike we truly appreciate it!!
