We had a reservation to pick up the trailer at 0900. We showed up and no one was there. The owner rolled up around 5 minutes later, didn't acknowledge us or great us...just unlocked the door and walked inside. Her attitude was one of inconvenience; like we were just a problem she couldn't wait to get rid if. She had no answers to any of our questions and kept saying, "well, that's up to U-haul, I don't have anything to do with that...I just do the paperwork and hook up the trailer". After we were on the road, we realized that we didn't even get a paper contract. Thankfully I have the U-Haul app and was able to look up my reservation. I would not recommend this location.
