The Uhaul dealer was great. I was able to drop off the toy Hauler first to get my truck off then drop the 26ft truck later. She was fast and easy to get things done after the long trip. She explained how to drop off the 26ft truck after hours. That was great. Thank you for having this U-haul dealer in Opelousas Louisiana.

The drop off location was perfect. Did not have to wait long and was able to pull in and drop off the toy-hauler without any problems. Great Job done to make my move so much easier. Thank you for you Service
Roseanna DWe had a reservation to pick up the trailer at 0900. We showed up and no one was there. The owner rolled up around 5 minutes later, didn't acknowledge us or great us...just unlocked the door and walked inside. Her attitude was one of inconvenience; like we were just a problem she couldn't wait to get rid if. She had no answers to any of our questions and kept saying, "well, that's up to U-haul, I don't have anything to do with that...I just do the paperwork and hook up the trailer". After we were on the road, we realized that we didn't even get a paper contract. Thankfully I have the U-Haul app and was able to look up my reservation. I would not recommend this location.
