The reservation needs to be relayed to the pickup location representative. The representative was not on site, and the number listed on the website was incorrect. Another business on site had to give me the correct contact information. I had to call the number twice and text the representative to get in contact. Even though I had provided the destination, my contact information and a copy of my Drivers License, it took almost 1-1/2 hours to check out.
