I had a man help me out by the name of Santos Gomez I think that was his last name. He treated myself and my husband as if we were family. The return was very smooth. I called the shop to let them know what time I would be returning the U-HAUL truck and Santos was there to help me with everything. Over all I would give him a 20 out of 20 because he was very helpful and accommodating. In the future if I ever had to rent or return a U-Haul this would be my first choice.

Drop off location was muddy—not their fault.
Linda POne tire on auto transport started to go flat as soon car was loaded. The tire man came to change it and found there were 3 bad tires. Thank goodness for him we had to drive nearly 500 miles. That place is the worst
Jerry BWhen we went to pick up the truck, the attendent didn't have any information as to our contract or us picking up the truck. Apparently the uhaul associaye/manager wasn't in and couldn't be reached. I had to call uhaul number in Corpus Christi, who then had to try and reach someone. I was told that the situation was straightened out. But when I call Orange Grove, I was told that I had to call the local uhaul owners. I asked for their number, and when i got ahold of them it sounded like they were sleeping. They told me they didn't know why uhaul sent me to them, as they aren't 'open' on Saturday. When I explained we were on a time crunch, and Saturday was only time we had, they said they would go to the store so we could pick up the truck. Because of all of this, we were essentially an hour behind.
