The office personnel was ignorant and he was lucky I was exhausted from moving. Never have I had someone talk down to me so rudely with no rebuttal from me.

Ensure adequate space for parking of bigger vehicles
KEON BThe location was much closer to home than the other one. U-Haul was pretty good this time.
CORY SI was very disappointed. I had to wait almost half an hour to have someone show up with the keys to the truck I was renting. The person who brought me the keys was very rude upon giving me the keys. The truck smelled bad inside and the windows and mirrors were very dirty. I had to stop at a gas station to clean them off in order to see safely to change lanes or monitor the traffic behind me. Compared my past U-Haul rentals, this was the worst experience I've ever had.
