JESSE EParking lot is too small for anything bigger than a 12 foot truck closed on Sundays. The owners showed up when we were there and did not explain to us how to do mobile drop off how to Call 24 hour U-Haul help instead.
SAMANTHA Ri booked for 3 days, but i returned within the same day and the contract wasn't closed until the 3rd day, i even told them i will come back and so i asked them to change the contract to just 1 day. The lady said don't worry i would be only charged whatever i use, but in fact i was charged a full 3 days of service, which is not right.
