2nd time I have trouble getting the keys through mobile pick up option, the lockbox on this location is completely weather damaged and I wasn't able to open it until someone else shows up 1h after my pick up time at 8am. Again, I was completely late for my appointment! Also, the pick up and drop off process mobile option suck!
