Only the gas attendant there to bill you (this person is extremely busy with gas customers). They are not able to help with equipment. Parking lot seems flat when I was dropping off the trailer began rolling. They need wheel chocks or something to aid with keeping trailers stationary. I used a broken toilet tank lid I found on the ground.

Laura PThe lady at this location gave me the wrong size truck ,wrong drop off location. Never will I use U-Haul again. Two hours to drop my vehicle. The one person to get me out of this mess was a call in agent named Kaus I not sure if that is the spelling. But he really helped.
