Truck was gross and received was poor. The return was a little better at the Sunoco he did his best. Very polite head was the only part good about the service. Otherwise the truck gears barely shirt correctly the ramp wasn’t working properly and the back door was not working properly. Wish I would have use Penske instead.

Major issues with verifying ID. Was on the phone for 30mins with a rep to then be told to just walk in to the business and do a in person check in.

WALK JRental location was changed from Xclusive Window Tinting INC (755 Bennett Rd) at the last minute. Staff was understanding and redirected me to nearest Uhaul location (4001 E Colonial Dr) who again redirected me to this location.
