Well all i have to say is that i got charged twice for a car dolly and I only used it for less than a day a cash and car then after I was supposed to get a discount for that mess up I got another trailer and ended up getting messed over again for another $20 but I got charged $76 twice or the car dolly that I only used once then when I called so they can fix it they told me the most I could do is give me $25 off and I thought that that was Bing rude because I should have got at least 40 to 50% off after getting charged twice for a car dolly and getting messed over $20 for another trailer all of them total for a grand total of $96 I got messed over out of

I used my phone app for the 3rd time and it was just as bad of an experience as the first 2 times. Every time i have used this app, i have had to go to another site to get the truck I had ordered. Average time wasted getting the truck was 4 hours and driving to another location. Not sure i will use u-haul again.

The Low Tire Pressure Light was on the entire time I had the truck. I visually inspected the tires and they appeared to have adequate tire pressure. I told the U-Haul associate about the light when I returned the truck. He said the light does not function properly and all trucks are checked for proper tire pressure before being rented. It would have been helpful to know this before driving the truck. Overall through it was a positive experience.

I initially walked in to this location and began interacting with an employee that had started reserving a 10ft Uhaul truck for me. He had typed in my name and was actively working on the reservation. Midway through securing the reservation he advised me that he was no longer able to offer me the 10ft truck because "someone from the call center had kicked him out of the system and the vehicle that we had already started reserving, is no longer available". He was very polite and explained the situation clearly. However, his supervisor was nearby, we made the supervisor aware of the situation. I asked the supervisor, being that we had already started the reservation and was one step away from paying for the 10ft truck before it was kicked out of the system, would there be anyway that he would be able to offer me the 15ft truck at the 10ft truck rate as a way to accommodate and resolve the situation. His immediate response was "no man, there's nothing I can do about that or for you". Without considering the situation, without considering any other possible solutions, without thinking from a "customer service" oriented approach, he immediately denounced and rejected the idea. So even though I had already started the initial reservation with an employee and was one step before payment for the 10ft truck, I was forced to reserve the 15ft truck at a much more expensive rate.

Uhaul bibs a great company.the people who works with them in the stores at least the ones I have deal with were always hatdworkers nice people ready to help you. Now and the call center another story. I reserved a truck and a trailer at 11am at the website. When I get to the store they never had a trailer there... So I start calling to the 1800 trying to solve this. So the hours boast and finally at 1pm I got a hold of the truck and the trailer in a mother while different location. Long story short I c populdnt go to work because it was late for everything.i ended up having to pay for extra miles because distances were different than the ones I was expecting...

Have the right size truck that I requested and put the right number of dollies that I requested. Was given wrong size truck due to one I reserved not available lost 10ft of space and only had 1 dolly when I requested 2. Was forced to die multiple trips cuz of this.

I reserved a 15 foot truck and they called me saying they didnt have one a day before my move so then i was told i would have to pick it up at another location . I asked if it was possible if they could pick it up and they said yes . When i got to the uhaul center on my reservation date the 15 footer was never picked up and i had to stay with a 20 foot truck. This was not what i asked for and also it was too large for me to feel comfortable driving on top of it the gas milage was worse. I then see that gas was less than what the contract paper had stated and then i explained it to the employee there and he just wrote it on a paper rather than change it on the computer system which caused me to be charged 27 dollars when i got to my destination. Horrible experience not worth the money that was spent on the move.



There was a misunderstanding prior to my arrival so there was a little bit -of perceived-animosity from my part so I inquired about and we cleared the air. Communication is key. Never underestimate the power on observation and asking questions. We all at one time or another have preconceived ideas and that clouds our judgement. And we all have the power and control of circumstances surrounding us!
